Here is an exceptional opportunity to own a pair of matching Colt Bisley pistols. They were shipped together as the total shipment in 1906 to the Copper Queen Mine in Bisbee, AZ. Both guns are in very good condition as you can see from the photos. The mechanics are tight and the bores are clean with excellent rifling. The action on both pistols is tight.
There is a story to tell about these pistols and we have been able to document a great deal of not only these individual pistols but the history of the Bisley, the history of the Copper Queen Mine and how the two fit together.
All of this has been assembled into a beautiful display which includes THE TWO BISLEY PISTOLS PRESENTED IN A GLASS TOP, LOCKABLE DISPLAY CASE MADE OF CHERRY WOOD, A WALL HANGING ALSO MADE OF CHERRY WOOD WITH GLASS FRONT THAT INCLUDES COLT HISTORY LETTERS OF BOTH BISLEYS, A COPPER CREEK MINING COMPANY STOCK CERTIFICATE AND A PHOTO OF THE COPPER CREEK MINING COMPANY OFFICE IN DOUGLAS, AZ. ALL OF THE HISTORY IS DOCUMENTED, PRINTED AND PRESENTED IN A LEATHER PRESENTATION BOOK.
